Projects
These are the projects which I was part of as a performer. During my studies I had a great opportunity to work with choreographers known worldwide. Besides that I was part of external projects including site- specific events or performative installations
The Widest Place (2022)

The Widest Place, choreographed by Jean Abreu, proposes materialising nothingness & emptiness through the body as a way of finding meaning and true emotions. The work is an open invitation to performers and the audience to experience the vulnerable open state of being empty. Triggering unpredictable situations and witness to the unfolding emotional negotiation of the body in search for clarity out of chaos.
Great Breath (2022)

The installation connecting movement, music and visual arts, it's a multi-layered performative formation. The creation is inspired by the poetry of Ivan Štrpka, by his collection The Great Breath: Psychopolis, Thin Ice…
The project connects a professional production and work with the community. In addition to professional members of the DEBRIS company creative team, mainly Stanislava Vlčeková and Jozef Vlk, the project also involves 36 women, non-professional dancers of various ages. Choreography was part of the Bratislava In Movement dance festival.
Mnemosyne - Remaining Memories (2020)

Mnemosyne – remaining memories is a mosaic of associative and playful events in which six dancers move from one memory to another. laborgras / Renate Graziadei creates a variety of specific moments, encounters and interactions in collaboration with the dancers. Fragments of events appear and disappear. Each episode refers to different epochs in atmospheric, playfully choreographed images.
Europa Oxalá (2022)

A performance created and performed by eight final year students of the Escola Superior de Dança, produced in a collaborative and creation process around the Europa Oxalá exhibition. Performance was coordinated by Andrea Dias (Modern Art Center) and Ângelo Cid Neto (Escola Superior de Dança)
Close Encounters (2022)

The performative situation Close Encounters by Maja Štefančíková works with the economy of attention, which serves as a special marketplace that prospers thanks to the indirect transactions between the performer and the audience. The dancing people represent movement in time, in a specific situation, in a certain physical condition and constitution. At the same time, they look for moments of common emotions that are evoked by mutual encounters in a certain environment.
Earth (2019)

The performance Earth is inspired by Laban's idea of movement choirs, which were based on the principles of creative cooperation of individuals. The group functions as a living organism, where dancing together depends on each member's ability to develop the skills necessary to read and co-create group dynamics. The dance takes place in space; the ground is always somehow naturally present. The ground carries us. And it clearly needs more attention from us today. Choreographed by Marta Poláková
